Meet the Team

Bert

Our arborist & lover of all things outdoors. Being in a tree is one of her favorite places to be. She previously worked for an international tree care company & has trained with others where she learned the ropes & developed her skills in the tree care industry. Bert holds a certificate in Arboriculture from Alamance Community College as well as two others from the TCIA & one from ANSI. She is currently working towards her certification with the International Society of Arboriculture. When she isn't a tree for a job, she is in a tree helping rescue cats who find themselves in precarious situations.

Ash

Our Certified Plant Professional & pest management expert loves being out in nature getting her hands dirty, identifying plants & pests, and helping create individualized maintenance plans for our customers. She holds numerous Horticulture certifications & is currently enrolled at Carteret Community College working on completing her Horticulture degree, but she isn't stopping there. Ash plans to further her education, focusing on soil science & regenerative small agriculture, as well as becoming an educator. In her time at CCC, she has served as the secretary for the Krakens for Conservation club helping do her part to promote the importance of environmental awareness.
